What happens if I need to cancel my membership?
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and due to moving out of the area or your pet finding a new guardian, it might become necessary to cancel your membership before the end of your twelve-month contract. Your membership works by spreading a discounted cost of drugs and services including vaccinations and boosters across twelve equal payments. If you cancel before the end of the year, you will be liable to make up any shortfall between the amounts paid and the full normal price of services/products received.
