an inside view
I have worked at Midsomer Veterinary Centre for nine months. Unfortunately personal events are forcing me on to pastures new. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the surgery and have enjoyed positive relations with my colleagues and the wonderful local clientèle.
I have been most impressed with the surgery's strong commitment to providing care with a personal touch. It has been refreshing to work with professional colleagues that are so passionate and interested in engaging with the local community.
Laurence and his team possess a strong social conscience and regularly engage in charitable causes and events which benefit the local community. The practice ethos is well developed and is to be commended.
The surgery has undergone a period of radical transformation since Laurence became owner/director in August 2014. The many recent investments in advanced equipment, practice re-organisation and aesthetic improvements are incredible and a testament to Laurence's personal convictions to deliver the best possible service to his patients and clients.
The practice improvements and high standards reflect the hard work of the whole team.
I shall miss the staff, serving the clients and, of course, the wonderful patients I have encountered and served during my stay at Midsomer Veterinary Centre
I know that this lovely independent practice will continue to grow, improve and flourish. I wish Laurence and the team every success, it is richly deserved.
In a career spanning almost three decades it is a rare pleasure to stumble across a practice that delivers good old fashioned values, exceptional standards of care and, still, aspires to be more.
